We are looking for a dedicated Headhunting/Recruitment Executive with at least two years of experience to join our team at Raiwind Road, Ittehad Town, Lahore. This full-time, onsite role operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the company attracts and secures top talent across various departments. This position requires a proactive individual who can work closely with hiring managers and candidates to meet organizational staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with different departments to understand their hiring requirements and develop accurate, compelling job descriptions. Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and create a shortlist of qualified candidates. Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback from hiring managers to facilitate timely hiring decisions.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. Candidates must have at least two years of proven experience in headhunting or talent acquisition. A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques is required. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various job portals is necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively. The role demands strong multitasking abilities and efficient time management in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Experience in bulk hiring or managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously is highly desirable. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000.
