Job Description

  • An international School Systemis which is the one of Pakistan's fastest growing schooling system having its branches in UK, South Africa, India and even now elongated to USA.
  • Now it is seeking applications from experienced candidates for "Head of Education / HOD Education" 
  • To get Academic (Syllabus break-up, academic calendar, timetable and period distribution charts etc.), examination, and admission planning of Dar-ul-Madinah done. Moreover, to do Dar-ul-Madinah College planning
  • To analyze policies of Dar-ul-Madinah school and college regarding admission, examination and rules & regulations and to set instructions/get it done for the implementation of policies and to ensure implementation of the policy approved by the management make strategies or get strategies made to improve standard of education, teaching and teacher’s quality and to analyze syllabus coverage or get it done, to find solutions regarding syllabus or get it done, and to train principals and teachers
  • To prepare date sheets and important documents related to the conduct of examination according to the designed policy and academic calendar or to get it done, to get exam papers printed, to ensure timely conduct of examination, announcement of results as per policy and the organization of prize distribution ceremony, and to analyze exam results or get all this done
  • To send all circulars after coordination with the management or get them sent
  • To analyze weekly attendance performance of all principals, teachers and students, to identify problems, to suggest their solutions or get it done
  • To conduct weekly meetings with all principals/ responsible personnel of Dar-ul-Madinah according to the procedure given by the management, to record minutes of meetings, to take follow-ups, and report its monthly performance to the management
  • To visit campuses after coordinating with the management for the identification of campus problems, to suggest the management solutions of the identified problems, to prepare inspection reports, to resolve the issues or get them done, to submit performance report to the management, to promote pleasant relation between the management and campuses and to maintain the atmosphere of confidence or get it done
  • To ensure the formation of Dar-ul-Madinah Management in all the cities and to ensure the appointment of the responsible personnel, to ensure their monthly meetings or get it done, to maintain minutes of meeting record keeping, to take follow-ups and ensure the timely completion of work
  • To monitor all administrative tasks of Dar-ul-Madinah Campuses and to remove all the obstacles after coordinating with the responsible person or to get it done.
  • To ensure the achievement of set goals/targets of the department maintaining professional and pleasant relation with all departments including registration and administration, curriculum, training and inspection, examination, education management, admin, HR and other sub departments
  • To evaluate the need of new appointments and to ensure timely appointments as per the protocol set by the management or get it done
  • Along with guiding campuses regarding the preparation of annual increment/appraisal, suggest  promotions/ increment and to help responsible person for making the budget or get it done
  • To prepare schedule of training for concerned responsible/principals/ teachers or get it done and to analyze performance and results of inspection and training department and take necessary actions or get it done
  • To ensure the conduct of teachers, management and fathers/guardians meeting and to submit the performance report to the management
  • To evaluate the need of Madani Channel activities and get them recorded and telecast
  • To ensure the attendance of all parents, students, teachers and principals in all academic and organizational congregations and Madani Muzakiras or get it done, and to ensure the organization of every event of the department or get it done
  • To finalize students’ admissions, school registration and affiliation related tasks of all campuses of Dar-ul-Madinah, and to ensure fee management or get it done
  • To ensure proper and timely execution of every work given by the department according to your designation or get it done
