We are looking for a driven Head of Growth who is passionate about lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and significantly increasing inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete acquisition strategy for both job seekers (B2C) and hiring companies (B2B). Build, scale, and lead omni-channel growth initiatives including paid advertising, organic channels, partnerships, product-led growth loops, and automation. From day one, lead a cross-functional growth team comprising performance marketing, content, SEO, and automation experts. Design, optimize, and continuously improve funnels focused on job seeker activation and B2B inbound lead generation, covering stages such as MQL, SQL, demos, and revenue. Conduct weekly experiments on landing pages, ads, onboarding flows, messaging, and pricing to validate growth hypotheses. Implement automation across acquisition, nurturing, and conversion funnels to maximize efficiency. Drive comprehensive tracking and analytics to measure performance and guide decision-making. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to convert insights and experimental results into scalable growth. Develop scalable playbooks for international expansion while aggressively reducing CAC. Focus on increasing revenue, improving conversion rates, and building compounding growth flywheels. Required Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, user acquisition, or marketplace growth. Proven success in building and scaling acquisition funnels within high-growth digital platforms. Demonstrated ability to reduce CAC, increase revenue, and run continuous experiments. Strong expertise in B2B funnels and conversion optimization. Experience leading or mentoring teams in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments. Mastery of multi-channel growth strategies including paid media, SEO, content marketing, automation, email, social media, community building, and partnerships. A data-driven mindset with a passion for numbers, experiments, hypotheses, insights, and dashboards. Action-oriented with the ability to make decisions even when data is imperfect. Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong ownership mentality and founder-like agility.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in marketplaces or HR technology is advantageous. Familiarity with tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, GA4, Looker, Mixpanel, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Zapier, Make, Clearbit, Apollo, Lemlist, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Webflow, Hotjar, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
