We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Head of Product to drive the next stage of growth and innovation in automotive technology in Pakistan. This leadership role involves owning the product vision, strategy, and execution for our platform, serving as the critical bridge between engineering teams and executive leadership. The successful candidate will translate complex market challenges into clear, technically robust product requirements while leading a diverse, cross-functional team that includes Product Managers, UX/UI designers, Analytics, and Engineering partners. The focus will be on delivering outstanding user experiences, accelerating business growth, and building a sustainable competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
- Identify new product opportunities, features, and growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Foster a customer-centric product culture based on data analysis, experimentation, and continuous innovation.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the product management team to address evolving business needs.
- Promote strong collaboration across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Create a high-performance environment that emphasizes ownership, agility, and measurable impact.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, execution, quality assurance, launch, and ongoing improvements.
- Prioritize product initiatives using data insights, market trends, and strategic business requirements.
- Develop and track key product performance indicators, dashboards, funnels, and metrics.
- Implement a structured experimentation framework using A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user behavioral analytics.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams specializing in SEO, SEM, and growth strategies to enhance acquisition and conversion rates.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as personalization, AI, automation, and digital mobility solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12+ years of product management experience in high-growth technology companies.
- 3 to 5+ years of leadership experience managing product managers or cross-functional teams.
- Proven success in owning and scaling large consumer-facing products, especially in marketplaces, e-commerce, mobility, or fintech sectors.
- Strong understanding of user funnels, growth metrics, CRO, and product analytics.
- Ability to translate business strategies into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
- Excellent collaboration skills within matrix organizations, working effectively across multiple teams.
- Expertise in designing simple, intuitive user interfaces, supported by wireframes and mock-ups.
- Strong user experience sensibility, capable of articulating a clear vision and providing precise guidance to UX/UI designers and engineers.
- Solid technical knowledge of online product development, comfortable leading engineering teams on product initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Skilled in extracting and prioritizing user insights to inform product strategy.
- Familiarity with online marketing concepts and experience optimizing acquisition channels.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- Experience using project and task management tools like Asana, JIRA, or Redmine.
