- Manage design and planning teams
- Oversee design process using technical expertise
- Ensure designs and drawings are produced on time
- Ensure availability of designs and drawings
- Prepare proposals and site plans as per regulations
- Keep up-to-date with change in legislation related to designing
- Interpret and evaluate legal documents to assess impact on project
- Coordinate with respective site PM's/ CM's for site related issues
- Reduce physical / financial risk during construction
- Coordinate with land department and update land record for development
- Coordinate with different govt. agencies, like IESCO, Railway and other consultants.
- Monitor progress and brief higher management
- Prepare Presentation on progress
- Prepare Development Plan and Plots Ballot data.
- Prepare letter and Official Document
- Maintain thorough documentation of design process
- Ensure planning parameters of all services (incl electricity, water, gas)
- Manage and control services section.
