- To provide IT technical support to across the company.
- Installation and configuration computer hardware, software, system, Internet Line, CCTV, networks, printers, scanners and telephone exchange.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Software, hardware, network and CCTV.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution.
- Ensure system and data security is maintained at a high standard, ensuring the integrity of the network is not compromised.
- Expedite the repair of hardware faults and software configuration problems, take corrective action in a timely manner.
- Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
- To involve in managing and storing data using computers, software, databases, networks, and servers. Backup of server and its security.
- To handle SAP software, Mobile App and social media.
- To handle soft wares (MS Office & Outlook)
- To divide internet equally
- To do wifi management
- CCTV installation, keep record and surveillance through it.
- To handle Desktops, Laptops, LED, Projectors, and all IT related devices.
- System handling, its cleanliness & service
- To undertake any other responsibility assigned by the competent authority.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
