Responsibilities / Duties
- Manage the seamless Warehouse proceedings with Zero conflict.
- Manage the effective and efficient response (On same day) for the queries asked by the customer, Sales team and Management through deployed reporting desk /system team to ensure the best customer Services to all concerned functions.
- Random check of physical Stock in Summary vs. Invoices / Transfer.
- Ensure the implementation and update the BIN Card on daily transaction.
- Ensure the data accuracy in “Inventory Location report”.
- Maintain the “Stock Status Report” for real time Inventory Management at Warehouse end.
- Monitor the Daily Cycle Counting and arrangement of surprise audit.
- Anticipating the upcoming pressures and Management expectations.
- To ensure effective utilization of warehouse resources and optimize the operating cost
- Manage the periodic audits (internal / external) and ensure 100% accuracy of stock count.
- To ensure the proper record keeping (internal and External) according to Business need & audit requirement.
- To ensure that all the budgetary targets are met.
- Control the cash expense and recording on daily basis.
- Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork with counseling, meeting and training session to the all team members.
- Build-up the team structure, mobilization & realignment as per Businesses requirement.
- Coordinate with relevant support department (Admin, Procurement, HR etc.) to fulfill the Warehouse needs.
- Ensure optimum utilization of available HR and Vehicles.
- To ensure the standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
- Planning for future capacity requirements.
- To coordinate with support departments for necessary upkeep of warehouse, maintenance of tools, vehicles and machinery / equipment.
- Monitoring the daily dispatch plan to reduce the lead time of deliveries.
- Ensure the Daily Reporting according to Management.
