Responsibilities:
• Contact existing customers to inform them about new modules and to check if they are satisfied with our services
• Assist the sales team in handling after sales services of the existing clients.
• Make recovery visits as well as follow up visits to deactivated customers to re activate their account
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet target
Requirements:
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them as well as handle complaints
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
• Unquenchable thirst to learn and grow
• Tech savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, team player
