Healthwire is seeking an exceptional Key Accounts Manager who wants to be a part of our hyper-growth trajectory.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing and sales departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals and forecasts for account teams & stakeholders
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each clients’ long term goals
Qualification & Requirements
- BBA or similar relevant field
- Experience in sales and customer services will be an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
- Aptitude in networking and building relationships
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
