- Minimum CGPA 3.0
- Strong OOP, databases and web concepts
- Strong programming & Analytical skills

- Good understanding of JavaScript & jQuery
- Eager to learn new technologies
- Must be a fast learner
- Result oriented and hard working
- Experience with Ruby on Rails will be a huge plus
