ZERO Healthcare is hiring Delivery Incharge in Warehouse/Head Office Lahore with a 3-4 years of experience. Job description is below
- Oversee delivery and supply chain operations in Lahore, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of sales orders and invoice generation.
- Supervise inter-city dispatches, ensuring delivery schedules are met and operations align with organizational standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth execution of order fulfillment across regional branches.
- Monitor all COD transactions conducted by delivery personnel in Lahore.
- Ensure that collected cash is properly documented, securely handled, and remains under the Operations Department’s custody until submitted to the Accounts Department.
- Reconcile COD payments daily and investigate any discrepancies or delays in cash handovers.
- Optimize transportation routes and logistics strategies to minimize cost and delivery time across regional deliveries.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve the efficiency and reach of the delivery network.
- Track delivery performance and take corrective action where delays or inefficiencies are identified.
- Align regional delivery schedules with inventory availability, coordinating with the procurement and stock teams to ensure product readiness.
- Monitor stock levels in regional warehouses to prevent shortages or overstock situations that could affect delivery timelines.
- Ensure that customer deliveries outside Lahore are completed on time, maintaining high standards of professionalism and service quality.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or delivery issues in coordination with the customer service and logistics teams.
- Compile, verify, and share detailed month-end delivery performance reports with the Operations Manager for analysis and review.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, delivery confirmations, and COD transactions to support audit and reconciliation processes.
