- Preparation of daily account closing - daybook
- Preparation of profit & loss monthly/weekly/yearly
- Preparation of balance sheets
- Effectively delegate tasks & responsibilities to ensure timely, accurate & proper bookkeeping
- Keep liaison with the banks on a daily basis to settle routine issues as and when needed
- Preparation of company processing agreements
- To undertake all other relevant tasks and duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time
- Timely reconciliation of the sub-ledger with the general ledger
- Prepare all invoices as per contracts and agreements with the company's customers along with the complete handling of these invoices till final delivery & their settlement
- Prepare bank payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal vouchers
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements on a monthly basis
- Have the ability to present work in front of higher authorities. Must have skills and ideas to develop him/herself

- Must have adequate knowledge of managing accounts, and be able to plan, coordinate, and manage assigned areas using necessary financial and accounting analysis
- Ideal candidate should have a strong command over ms excel, and must be confident, have good communication skills, be well groomed, and have the ability to work effectively & efficiently under pressure
