Responsibilities
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Skills
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years professional experience in web technologies especially MVC.
- High proficiency with C#, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, JavaScript and HTML5
- Professional, precise communication
- Deep knowledge of OOP, software patterns practices based on practical experience
- Create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
- Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods
- Client side validation with responsive feedback
- Write non-blocking code
- Experience with creating infrastructure serving the front-end application and assets
- Working knowledge of continuous integration (CI) processes and practices
- Working knowledge of code repositories, branching and merging
- Write comprehensive unit tests
- Expert knowledge of C#, LINQ, EF, SQL and the Microsoft development stack.
- Experience with web architecture, app performance, UI frameworks, CSS and JS optimization
- Experience with web debugging tools like Fiddler, Firebug, IE Debugger etc
- Can work independently and as a part of the team.
