We are looking for dedicated Banking Helpline Agents to join a reputable telecom company based in Lahore. This full-time position involves delivering excellent customer service by managing inbound calls, addressing customer queries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate account information. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the banking sector, especially in customer service roles, and possess strong communication skills to ensure professional and positive interactions with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer incoming customer calls with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Process customer orders by verifying details and efficiently handling payment transactions.
- Update and maintain customer account information to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Graduation required).
- At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the banking sector.
- Ability to work on-site at the Lahore location.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 37,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month, including a base pay of Rs. 45,000 plus performance-based incentives.
