- Content writer must have:
- Strong English writing and people/customer skills.
- Should be able to perform interactive chat to help users solve problems
- Create the foundation for additional customer service people that will be hired.
- Develop FAQ pages.
- Should be able to write instructional content.
- Manage forums and their categories
- Make our website functional and presents the best information where and when it is need.
- Should be able to do User testing - Go through the entire site to ensure proper functionality, ease of use, and edit introductory & help articles in each dashboard as needed.
- Have a keen interest in writing and can perform with a deadline.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram).
- Knowledge of blogging a plus.
Additional Note:
Content writer could also be a vedio creator. (Not necessarily a voice person)but someone that could possibly write/produce vedio content. i.e pow-tons, powerpoint vedios, other low tech easy to produce content.
A test task might be assigned to the shortlisted candidate.
