JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a UK Based Ecommerce Company with Offices in Sialkot, Lahore and London. We produce and sell our own branded products in Sports and Boxing Industry for last 8 years.
We are looking for a new dedicated team member for our Office in Johar Town, Lahore.
Person will be working with our UK team. We are looking for ambitious, punctual and self-motivated individual who will be able to work on their own as well as within a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and proactive approach.
Due to the nature of the job good knowledge of Internet, MS Excel, MS Word & written English is a must.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Reply to customer messages & Return cases via email and resolve any issues.
· Create new product listings on marketplace channels. (Mainly Amazon)
· Update & optimise existing product listings.
· Update stock levels by spreadsheets.
· Products Data Entry in Ms Excel spreadsheets.
· Edit and upload product pictures on marketplace channels.
· Research on competitors Products & Pricing. Job Experience / Skills Requirements
· Review Management on Products and Acquisition of new reviews.
· Handling Customer Issues with orders fulfillment
· Monitoring and Handling Custom Order Requirements with the Backend teams
· 2 years of experience in eBay / Amazon store management.
· Good written English communication skills.
· ICS or Bachelors Degree in IT, A / 0 level background is preferable.

· Marketplace (eBay, Amazon) customer service experience.
· Knowledge of Amazon / eBay Store Listing policies.
· Social Media Marketing - Knowledge of SEO
· Excellent Written Communication Skills.
· Graphic Designing (creating simple graphics and banners)
· Wordpress / Woocommerce / Shopify
