The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for managing reception duties, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Handle courier dispatches and incoming mail.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office events.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Support HR and Admin teams with documentation and clerical tasks.
Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable, courteous, and well-organized.
Compensation:
Market competitive salary with performance-based growth opportunities.Office timings: 9:45 - 6pm Monday - Friday
