We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Assist Manager HR in all HR related activities
- Assist with the screening of candidates, recruitment and interview process
- Conduct training for new batch
- Recommend strategies for employee retention
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll.
- Develop creative strategies for Employee Retention.
- Managing all the tasks related to HR.
- Official outstation visits.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
- Outstanding communicator and customer service oriented.
- High self-motivation; Good interpersonal and time leadership skills
- Inventive, proactive, diligent to details and a good standout colleague
- A Self Starter and Game Changer.
- Motivated, great teammate but can lead when required
