HG Markets is looking an IT technical support officer to maintain our organization's computer systems and network.
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications & networks.
- All IT related work including monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to serve for issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the organization.
- Responsible for addressing technical errors, troubleshooting network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Setting up accounts for new users.
Requirements: Intermediate
1-2 years of IT experience
willing to work 10am to 6pm
