Looking for a Sales / Income Tax Officer with complete knowledge of sales and income tax rules and regulations. The ideal candidate should be capable of filling both returns properly and must be capable of replying to FBR notices. The candidate should also be able to maintain proper company tax records, maintain purchase and sales registers, maintain registered sales and purchase records, and maintain inventory records. The candidate must have 4 to 5 years of experience and a Master’s degree in the relevant field.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
Complete Knowledge of Sales & Income Tax Rules & Regulations: The ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of sales and income tax laws and regulations. This includes knowledge of tax rates, tax exemptions, tax deductions, and tax credits.
Capable of Filling Both Returns Properly: The candidate should have the ability to properly file both sales and income tax returns. This includes understanding the various forms that need to be filled out, the deadlines for filing returns, and the procedures for making payments.
Capable for Reply Against FBR Notices: The candidate should have the ability to respond to FBR notices promptly and accurately. This includes understanding the reasons for the notice, collecting the necessary documents and information, and preparing a suitable response.
Maintain Proper Company Tax Records: The candidate should be able to maintain proper tax records for the company. This includes keeping track of all tax-related documents such as tax returns, receipts, invoices, and financial statements.
Maintain Purchase and Sales Register: The candidate should maintain accurate purchase and sales registers. This includes keeping track of all purchases and sales made by the company, including the amount paid and received, the date of the transaction, and any relevant taxes.
Maintain Registered Sales & Purchase Records: The candidate should maintain registered sales and purchase records. This includes keeping track of all registered sales and purchases, including the names of the buyers and sellers, the amount paid and received, and any relevant taxes.
Maintain Inventory Record: The candidate should maintain accurate inventory records. This includes keeping track of all the company's inventory, including the quantity, value, and location of the inventory.
