Job Description:
- Prepare Custom export related documentation, which includes invoice, packing list and other essential documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather all essential shipping documents and upload to specific customer’s portal in a timely manner.
- Prepare daily export shipment record and upload all the essentials document on each customers portal online.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and forwarders for export shipment bookings.
- Coordinate with planning and merchandising team for timely booking and update in case of any change.
- Prepare and maintain import shipment schedule and coordinate with clearing agents cum forwarders for timely clearance.
The benefits apart from salary includes below:
- Shared accommodation will be provided near factory located in Ad Dulayl industrial park
- 3 meals a day, including holidays
- Arrival ticket to Jordan and return ticket to homeland after completion of contract.
- Contract period will be for 3 years
- 14 annual leaves, which can be en-cashed.
