HR Officer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Female HR Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while advancing your HR career.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
Administer and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices
Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality
Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in employment legislation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
