1. Manage both inbound and outbound calls and customer queries. 
  2. Sharing monthly updates with the existing clients, receive and share their feedback with the Management.
  3. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  4. Handle queries about products and the company
  5. Understand customer requirements and make recommendations accordingly.
  6. Enter and update customer information in the database.
  7. Handle customer complaints professionally.
  8. Meet monthly sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  9. Present reports of calls and sales to management.
