As an Outbound Cold Calling Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and clients to promote our study abroad programs and services. Your goal will be to identify interested candidates, provide initial information, and schedule appointments with our admission consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and databases.
Introduce and explain our study abroad services professionally and persuasively.
Generate interest and qualify leads for follow-up by the admissions team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics or objections.
Build and maintain a positive brand image for the company through courteous communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and Urdu is required).
Confident and persuasive speaking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, spreadsheets).
Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Positive attitude and self-motivation.
Strong listening and negotiation skills.
