We are looking for Educational Consultant & Exam Coordinator for our Study Abroad & Examination sections in Lahore Head Office.
The person will be responsible for
- Dealing with student enquiries on phone / email and social media web sites & replying them.
- Guiding students / visitors for course and institution selection.
- Processing applications to overseas Universities / Colleges – He/ She has to make regular contact with International Offices of partner Institutions over Email / Phone to follow up applications.
- Guidance to students for student visa applications, how to apply, Dos and Donts of visa application
- Pre Departure and Post Arrival guideline to students
- Coordinating with Fellow Referral Educational Agents for there students' applications, keeping them updated our latest offers & study abroad options.
- Managing exams at Lahore Center - Pre Exam, Exam Day and post exam activities for exams of IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, Cambridge English and ACT exams. Prior experience of invigilating and managing high stake exam will be a plus but not required. Exam coordinator will also be taking care of exams at Karachi and ISLAMABAD ICD Centers via keeping these centers updated about exam day activities. The exam coordinator will be required to pass E-Learning of these exams to be come listed invigilator.
Student Counselor/ Exam coordinator will be based in Lahore Head office dealing all 5 SCS offices in various cities. HE / She must have excellent communication skills, must have full command on Computing like Emails, Presentations, Databases etc. He / She may have to attend Education Fairs / Exhibitions.
Terms & Package
Office timings will be 10 am to 6 pm for 6 days a week. Alternate Saturdays will be off when there will be exams on Saturday. Initial 3 months will be probationary with salary ranges 20-30K and after that period contract will be confirmed with salary 35 to 45K depending on qualification, experience, achieving targets and passing invigilator training. To join the job, the original academic transcript will be required to be submitted for security purposes as per the regulations of Cambridge. A transport facility can be provided after probation.

Prior experience of study abroad consultancy/ exams is desirous but not mandatory.
