Hello, we are looking to hire an Office Associate for our rapidly growing luxury Health & Beauty/Fashion E-commerce company.

The ideal candidate would be a quick learner able to handle a variety of responsibilities across multiple domains as mentioned below
The role is ideally suited for someone looking to grow with the company; After a 3 month probationary period
- We will be evaluating the employees performance and determining whether they’d be capable of leading a team in their area of expertise.
- Order confirmations/Confirmation of daily pick list for fulfilment/Management of customer bank payments/Hold orders
- Product Listing as per advised guidelines
- Searching for the right content for Social media posting/Ad content as per advised guidelines
- Admin work
- Experienced in Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Canva
- Social media management/Content Creation experience required ideally within an E-commerce start up environment, minimum 6 months
Salary will be market competitive
