- We are looking for services of warehouse incharge to independently manage our warehouse.
The core tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the Inventory/Warehouse Officer are listed in the job description below:
- Responsible for managing the Inventory In and Out process, receive and maintain warehouse in proper professional way
- Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization
- Responsible for finished goods dispatch to concerned dealers
- Responsible for making record of Gate In Pass/Out pass correspondence
- Keeping stock in proper display
- Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned
- Examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy
- To supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of material, etc., and consignment so that it can be accessed and identified easily
- Carry out minor maintenance or repair of storeroom material
- Responsible for taking all concern measures for the safety of overall warehouse
- Provide detailed reports on departmental charges
- Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued
- Responsible for the preparation of work orders for equipment repairs
- Providing logistics support to loading supervisor
- Preserve records and prepare related reports.
- Keeping a close eye on the movement of stock from in and out of the warehouse
- Preparing the weekly reports of all the activities in the warehouse like the consignment received, the quantity of items received, point of collection and dispatch, outstanding balance, etc.
- Presenting inventory report to MD on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Apart from above duties JDs may varies subject to BOD instructions / approval
- Above all any additional duties assigned by management
