Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator.
Job Description:
- Utilizing relevant resources to execute project activates effectively.
- Will be dealing with EOBI, Medical Insurance cards and will be managing tasks on HRIS.
- Ensuring the adequate keeping of records and profile management.
- Client related documentations.
- Maintaining good liaison with clients.
- Will be updating the assigned tasks and database management both manually or virtually.
- Updating the files on the company’s portal.
- To ensure that business services are accomplished in an effective, efficient and timely manner and in compliance with all legislative, policy and procedural guidelines of organization, as applicable.
- Excellent communication skills (all types)
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Have sound knowledge of Google spread sheets.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications and Zoom.
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor Degree or Higher from a reputable Educational Institute.
Experience: Fresh or more.
Salary Package: 30K to 35K.
Available Positions: 5
Shift Timings: Morning Shift from 9:00AM to 5:30PM.
