Manage day to day HR activities
Keep track of manpower for the entire region
Evaluate all job roles on a regular basis to identify excess or deficiency in manpower
Coordinate between head office HR team and regional management to ensure steady flow of information and for approvals of requisitions
Ensure on time recruitment of approved staff within region
Work on employee motivation and find ways of improving environment
Investigate cases being escalated by different teams
Deal with disciplinary cases for the entire region; investigate and escalate to HR management for necessary action
Deal with relevant government bodies such as EOBI, Social Security, Labor department etc.
Provide training to resources within region on soft skills, customer services, products etc.
Constantly coach weak performers to improve performance and take corrective measures against consistent weak performers
Maintain reports regarding manpower and HR related tasks
Evaluate performance of all resources within the region on a regular basis
Other roles/responsibilities as given by the line management
