Key Areas of Responsibilities
- You will be responsible to lead the recruitment activities like internal hiring and also liaison between the department and the outsourcing companies.
- Develop recruitment strategy on the basis of the organization's objectives
- You will plan and implement Full-Lifecycle Recruiting and Sourcing operations
- Strong coordination with the business unites to identify and connect with qualified candidates
- You will be leading the hiring, training and development of all the employees in the Recruitment Department
- You will advise hiring managers on long term and short term recruitment plan
- You will create and enable initiatives that can add value to the Recruitment Department
- Develop cross-departmental cooperation to meet Talent needs.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree
- 2-3 year of experience preferably in HR Domain
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to work in face paced work Environment.
