Recovery Officer:
- Monitor loan outstanding portfolios and identify potential delinquencies.
- Conduct field visits to assess customer repayment ability.
- Work closely with branch managers and credit officers to ensure prompt recoveries.
- Engage with customers through calls and visits to encourage on-time payments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with banking policies.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of customer data.
- Stay compliant with SBP regulations and other legal guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positions Available: 50+ across 30+ cities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh to 1 year in the banking sector.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MIS, portfolio management, and recovery strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and banking systems.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong market awareness and relationship management abilities.
