Excellent understanding of GSM/UMTS and LTE (VoLTE) technologies
Should have good knowledge and experience in Radio Network improvements
Identify the network issues and analysis of the degraded KPIs and action plan to be implemented for improvement
Continuous improvement in the network performance indicators
Must have a good understanding of different companies like Nokia, Ericsson's parameters
Must have good knowledge of different companies like Nokia, Ericsson's KPIs formula
Good skills at RF basic tools Genexcloud/Omstart/FMA/U2020/U-net.
Must have good knowledge of Network features.
Implements network optimization solutions and proposes solutions in accordance with customer complaints.
Must have good knowledge of BO/BI, MO Shell ENM, and NetAct.
Be able to study and implement new features in the network as per customer requirements.
Must have experience of network optimization for event assurances.
Should be good at transferring knowledge to other junior team members.
Ownership and readiness to dedicate as per the requirement of the network and customer.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Radio Frequency optimization engineer.
