Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Quality Assurance processes and procedures
- Responsible for STLC including all Testing activities
- Understand the Requirements, so write the Test Plan and Test Cases properly
- Execute the Test Plan/Cases and handle the Bug lifecycle
- Written and verbal communication with all the stakeholders
Required Skills (Must):
- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing processes
- Strong analytical skills to review functional specifications, prototypes and product requirement documents to create test strategies
- Strong analytical skills required to understand the existing system because Product understanding is mandatory for this role
- Create test cases for functional, integration and performance testing as per required specifications.
- Command over Smoke, Sanity, Functional, Regression, Performance testing and Bug management
- Decent knowledge of Databases and writing SQL queries i.e. Table normalization and SPs
- Be able to handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously
- Be able to complete tasks in a given time period i.e. Meet Deadlines.
- Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders including US office
Required Skills (Good to have):
- Knowledge of testing tools for Mobile and Web Apps i.e. Selenium is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile Processes
- Be able to exert mental as-well-as physical strength to perform efficiently in sometimes stress-full conditions
Education/Experience Criteria:
- At least holds a bachelor's degree in the field of Computer Sciences, from a well-reputed institute
- A minimum field experience of 4 years from the related industry
