- We have a remote team of developers working from Pakistan and are looking to expand the team.
About the job
- This is a full time fixed salary position with a monthly salary. It is not a freelance job nor project-based work.
- You will work remotely from home with own computer.
- You will be working remotely with our team in Southeast Asia.
- Work hours is Mondays to Fridays 7am-4pm (Pakistan time).
- Perks include: annual leaves on confirmation, prayer times, no work during national holidays.
Job scope
- Be part of cross-functional Agile Scrum teams to setup, maintain and fix issues on applications, mobile apps and CMS such as WordPress and Drupal based websites and systems.
- Backend work includes installing and configuring CMS, creating custom themes from scratch based on designs given, develop custom modules, improve existing features, create new features, and fixing bugs.
- Also includes cross-functional work such as frontend development (React based framework), QA testing on any code changes, and system administration (LAMP stack and cloud infrastructure). On-the-job training will be provided to achieve cross-functional responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Familiar with Agile Scrum framework and Jira.
- Responsible person willing to play a key member in all areas of the cross-functional team, and eagle to self improve.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
