Job Summary
Provides a variety of bookkeeping and accounting assistant functions including payroll for staff.
Reports to
Finance Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Performs bookkeeping and maintains accounting processes, including journal entries and general ledger.
Prepares payroll billing, collections, accounts payable and receivable.
Supervises bank reconciliations and closing processes.
Supports annual budget process.
Ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP).
Provides back-up finance manager support.
Maintains, handles and reconciles daily petty cash register.
Performs clerical and other indoor related duties as required.
