HiveWorx is looking for an energetic, self driven Front-Desk Receptionist who will take care of all front desk tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors, notifying appropriate parties of their arrival
- Answering and forwarding incoming calls in a professional manner, taking messages when necessary
- Office administrative support in the areas of HR and Facilities
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, letters, telephones, parcels)
Your Experience and Skillset
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience of managing reception desk and office administration
- Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English
- Welcoming and confident personality
- Exceptional telephone manners
- Strong sense of professionalism
- Professional and proactive working attitude with ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Self-motivated, reliable, dedicated and flexible
- Good computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the software services industry would be a bonus
