HiveWorx has an exciting opportunity for an energetic, self driven HR Manager who will be responsible for leading all HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- The HR Manager will be working collaboratively with management providing advice on employee wellbeing and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to draft, maintain and implement company policy and procedures
- Execute complete recruitment process from job description preparation, posting ads to managing the selection process, induction and orientation
- Full execution of employee termination/resignation process including clearance and exit interviews
- Devising morale boosting activities to encourage, motivate and engage employees
- Performing Annual Performance Management and Evaluation process
- Direct disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy
- Maintain attendance records and overall attendance/leaves related matters of employees
- Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in a reputable organization
- Bachelor's degree and/or MBA in Human Resource preferred
- Hands on experience with MS Office suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in an IT company would be a plus
