Qualification: Graduation or higher.
Job Responsibilities:
- Selling different construction machineries such as truck cranes, bulldozers, trenchers, Wheel Loaders, Wheel Rollers and Concrete mixers.
- Traveling to visit Companies, Customers in person at offices and construction sites to sell industrial equipment and Machinery.
- Take orders and deliver products.
- Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production department’s and delivery schedules.
- Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and a given sales territory.
- Negotiating and convincing the customers to buy the products.
- Also, performing the job of selling maintenance and repair services to the prospective clients.
- Keeping a record of customer follow ups.
- Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
- Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop a daily/weekly call list and maintain information accuracy monthly.
- Review monthly monitoring sales report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Building long term relationships with customers.
Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of the construction machinery and construction industry.
