Responsibilities

- Support the mounting and precise alignment of solar panels to maximize sunlight capture and system efficiency.
- Conduct routine troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify faults or performance issues under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure completion of projects within scheduled timelines and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Help maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials required for solar installation and maintenance tasks.
- Document and report installation progress, technical challenges, and maintenance activities to supervisors accurately.
- Participate in safety briefings and adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and electrical codes.
