The candidate will be responsible to:
Meet and greet guests (external and Internal) in person and over the telephone
Handle guests professionally and maintain a tidy reception area
Control inventory relevant to pantries and stationery
Make sure that all office equipment is maintained in good condition
Provide general administrative support
Assist all travelers (outgoing/incoming) with international business travel or home leave travel as per the Travel routine
Assist all travelers with visa applications and company letters
Secure the best deal with travel agencies and hotels with regard to pricing.
Education and Experience requirements:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
• Ability to operate the CISCO IP Phone
Knowledge and Skill requirements:
• Professional personal presentation
• Good command of spoken and written English
