- Day to day operations of regional sales & services.
- Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
- Communicate customer issues with team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Implement best practices across all levels within organization to increase quality of customer services
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization
- Manages the stock con
- trols on warehouses and checks that inventory records are accurate on All locations
- Communicates any change in the order or delivery date to relevant parties
- Regular reporting to CEO regarding sales & recoveries
- Responsible to execute new initiatives like online sales etc.
