-Excellent ability to design and implement all SOPs related to Customer Service.
-Excellent ability to lead and manage a team of 5-6 people.
-Excellent communication skills - verbal and written both.
-Responding calls, messages and email very professionally.
-Provide training to new and current staff in Call Center team.
-Assess team’s overall and individual’s performance and coach the team member to improve efficiency of the operations.
-Provide daily, weekly and monthly report and KPIs.
-Correspond with internal departments (Digital Marketing Department in particular) to ensure smooth operations.
