We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Digital Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales. The goal is to get our message across.

Responsibilities

·         Define and manage the overall look and feel of the brand, define brand guidelines, establish concepts and provide direction in support of strategic marketing objectives; subsequently develop standards, policies, and procedures to ensure the creative partners & internal team delivers within the defined guidelines. Develop and coordinate consistency in graphic formats, images, typographical style, and design imagery across all channels to ensure consistency.

·         Liaise with sales and marketing teams to ensure campaign proposals are executable and can be effectively enforced.

·         Oversee digital analytics to achieve required KPIs, track success and refine strategy for all digital channels – i.e. Website, SEO, SEM, social media activity, activations, pos and more.

·         Generate, edit, publish and share daily content including original text, dedicated hashtags, images, creative visuals, preferably gifs & videos or HTML that builds meaningful connections and engages community members.

·         Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.

·         Keep a check on all the SMM campaigns going online, as per the community guidelines.

·         Create proper campaign calendars for each campaign & client.

·         Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

·         Formulate content strategies with management and product teams, to launch product plan, customer experience and sales conversion optimization in mind

Requirements

·         University degree in Marketing, Communication, Design or equivalent experience.

·         Strong brand & creative background; 5+ years of Marketing or Brand Communication experience overseeing internal or external resources

·         Experienced with ATL and BTL campaigns managing on and multimedia campaign materials

·         Thorough knowledge base and practical skill in effective SEO techniques and strategies, Pay Per click (PPC) advertising, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Google AdWords.

·         Proven experience in driving successful content marketing, digital marketing or campaigns

·         Deep understanding of digital marketing and best practices within technology industry

·         Ability to translate marketing and creative needs into user and technical requirements is key.

·         Excellent communication skill in English and Arabic

·         Entrepreneurial personality with creative and analytical mindset

·         Strong communicator and project leader with the ability to work cross-functionally.

·         Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills with an ability to achieve multiple targets and deadlines.

·         Demonstrable experience in brand development — in collaboration with Marketing and/or agency partners.

·         Ability to successfully handle several projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
