Holodeck Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is a software products company specializing in productively solutions and apps for the global market. We are looking to hire skilled Node.Js resources to build modern solutions in the form of Web/Mobile applications.
SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE AND LAST DRAWN SALARY
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Node.js,
- Hands-on experience and working with various relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) - Mongo, Firebase a PLUS
- Hands on Experience with Node.js and other modern JS frameworks
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Deploy applications on servers with the ability to quickly debug hosting related issues.
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Work in cloud development environments in NodeJS, Express, and Socket.IO
- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Work in agile development methodologies and practices
- Strong knowledge of patterns, standards, and security best practices
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
Responsibilities:
- Development of back-end software and APIs for mobile apps, web services and marketplaces.
- Communication and close work with a development team and project manager/team lead.
- Design and implement APIs in support of front-end services and help create a highly scalable, flexible, and secure backend.
