We're looking for an enthusiastic social Media Executive with a passion for building creative social strategies and campaigns, driving brand awareness in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms
Reporting to the Director, the ideal candidate must have a passion for storytelling and the ability to connect with audiences across all platforms. Stellar communication skills are a must, succinct writing skills are required, and the ability to authentically adopt our corporate voice is essential. Working as part of a team, staying proactive and accountable across all tasks, with a keen eye for building processes and reporting on metrics is needed.
Summary of Responsibilities
• Develop social media strategy
• Create original content
• Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients
• Grow company's internet presence on all social media platforms and increase clients/audience.
• Adequate content development
• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high quality content (for all channels and ads)
• Blog post writing
• Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, content marketing and digital marketing)
• Design and execute weekly social media reporting on key metrics, including growth in fans/followers, engagement, traffic; share learnings and continuously optimize
• Follow latest social media marketing trends.
• Handle queries on social media platforms.
• Identify, develop & manage social media marketing campaigns.
• Take initiatives to develop written and visual content for social media.
• Strategize & implement campaigns for increasing our reach.
• Handle all our social media accounts including Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Publish and schedule posts on all social media channels.
• Willing to travel when needed
Requirements

• Degree in communications from a reputable institute.
