Job Description:
- Manage the daily operation of the showroom ensuring sales goals are met, policy & procedures are followed.
- Commendation, evaluation, scheduling, and staff training.
- Supervise staff, ensuring all customers are greeted and their needs are met while on the floor.
- Ensure proper protocol is followed.
- Work with management team to ensure sales goals are met
- Meeting with clients and projects handling and multitasking,
- Review Quotations/Invoices, and proceeding for purchase orders.
- Follow the client’s order delivery, payments, and receivable.
- Complaint handling and give proper solution to the clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction all the time.
- Get feedback from customer regarding our services and products.
- Knowledge of computer software and ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a staff
- Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging and cleaning all the time.
- Coordinate with SCM regarding the orders and stock availability.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding the smooth business operations.
This position reports to Branch Manager/CEO .Additional duties may be assigned and this job description may change without notice at the discretion of management.
