With our expertise in interior solutions and soft furnishing, Home21 seeks a candidate who will be responsible for utilizing creative and assertive prospecting strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities for the company to help drive market share and revenue growth for a specific product line or geographic region. These efforts will include conducting personal visits, phone calls, emails, and using professional contacts.
Job Description
- Dealing with clients (Architects, Interior Designers, Construction Companies, Corporates, Residential Projects etc.)
- Identifying business opportunities and arranging meetings with potential clients through database mining and other means.
- Creative concept selling
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients
- Designing and Preparing presentations
- Attending business meetings with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Liaise with Projects departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Any other activity as may be deemed significant
Skills Required
- Must be good in communications (Spoken and Written)
- Must have excellent marketing ability and presentation skill
- Target Oriented Mindset
- Able to work independently
Essential:
- Must have own bike
- 2 years’ experience in outdoor Sales is must
