Ecommerce Sales Executive Responsibilities

  • Optimize our Brand and product presentation across our entire online presence, for the purpose of maximizing sales and profitability across Australian marketplaces.
  • Implement marketing campaigns and analyze performance, turning insights into actionable work, creating a workflow of steady and prioritized performance adjustments.
  • Generate social media awareness and be the first responder to customer comments/queries and messages, having a proactive approach to the growth of our social platforms, regular posts, and product updates.
  • Testing changes to platforms and monitoring the results
  • Applying platform updates that attract and keep new customers
  • Reviewing sales insights and using them to develop informed sales strategies
  • Managing the smooth functioning of different online e-commerce platforms (Shopify)
  • Reviewing customers' concerns, needs and preferences to create a smooth and seamless transactional process for buying products online
  • Reviewing stock levels and sales data to maintain a stable supply and demand status

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidates  having Higher diploma / Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration
  • 1-2 years experience in social media handling i.e. fb, insta, Pinterest, Tiktok, etc. Good written and verbal communication skills
