We are a United States real estate investment based company, searching for a Excel Guru/Data Analyst who can build advance reports using Excel and visual basic.
Job Description:
- Conduct data management and analysis of large sets of data
- Analyze data: make recommendations based on analysis
- Perform various metric analysis and other operations tasks
- Perform day to day admin or analytical tasks for operations needs
- Create process improving functionalities
- Analyze group productivity
- Supports in decision-making by inspecting, transforming, and modeling data to
- Discover useful information and come up with a conclusion identify trends and make predictions about the future
Skills required:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficient in Visual Basics
- Excel at Google Suite products (Google sheet, doc, etc)
- Detailed-oriented/self-starter and motivator
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Comfortable learning various platforms and programs used for assigned projects
- Advance in Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH functions
- Excellent in Forecast and trend Excel tools
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent analytics and critical reasoning skills
- Excellent English writing and verbal skills
- Ability to focus on details and think outside of the box
- Possess a pro-active attitude and have great self-management skills
- Performs well under a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment
- Comfortable with project management skills and task prioritizing
- Available to work during 7 AM – 3 PM HST is preferable, US weekdays and some weekends, flexibility of schedule is a plus
Bonus Skills:
- BS degree in business management/operations or related field is a plus
- previous project management experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Working high speed laptop or desktop
- DSL Internet - 10mbps or higher (Will be asked to speed test)
- Headset with noise cancellation
- Home-office setup with quiet location
- Must have backups or secondary equipment in case of power or internet interruptions
