We are looking for outbound/inbound sales and customer service consultant to join our team.Here is the list of regular task:
- answer inbound calls from clients and cleaners
- Give cleaning quotation to clients.
- handle cleaners & clients inquiry
- Send email quotation to clients from the online leads.
- Follow up existing leads
- Communicate with clients and cleaners (email, phone, sms)
- When clients accept quotation, schedule appointment for cleaners.
- Send booking confirmation
- Dispatch jobs to cleaners
- Maintain weekly sales target.
This is a full time position, must be comforable working night time as our office is based in Toronto.
9AM-5PM EST
You must be a multitasker and have strong sales and customer service track record to be successful for this position.
